PORT STAFF

Angi Mozer

Executive Director

Angi is originally from Virginia and started her career in the biotech industry. Angi’s husband Chris received military orders to the wild and wonderful Pacific Northwest in 2010 and Angi began working with the Port of South Whidbey in 2012. She started at the Port as the Finance Manager with a strong budgeting, grants management and leadership background, and then moved into the Executive Director role from 2014 – 2018. The military then took the Mozer family, including three incredibly active kids, to Australia for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and now Angi is thrilled to be back working for the Port and the South Whidbey community.

Molly MacLeod-Roberts

Port Clerk/Accountant

Born and raised in Seattle, Molly has no desire to live anywhere but the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  Shortly after their marriage in 1997, she and her husband Crispin decided they wanted to get away from city living (and traffic!), and turned their eyes toward South Whidbey Island.  After eventually finding the perfect property and building the home of their dreams, their family of 5 and Crispin’s upholstery business moved to the Island in 2004.

In addition to her AAAS degree in Office Administration/Business Technology, Molly has over 30 years of office management and accounting experience.  She started working with the Port of South Whidbey in 2007 and became a full time employee of the Port in 2010.  Molly looks forward to meeting the challenges presented as the Port continues to grow and take on new projects and providing continued support for those efforts.  She enjoys working with the public and being an active member of the wonderful South Whidbey community.

Pat Kisch

Maintenance & Operations Supervisor

Born and raised in Seattle, Pat and his wife Renee have strong roots that go back generations in the Pacific Northwest.  After having two children, Andy and Kim, they desired to seek a calmer way of life.  They moved to Fir Island in 1990, just in time for the big 100-year flood.  Loving life on Fir Island, Pat took seasonal employment with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife where he maintained boat launches.  Eventually he landed a permanent position with the Washington State Department of Transportation Maintenance Facility in Coupeville.  During this time, Pat also served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT at Central Whidbey Island Fire and Rescue, becoming Duty Office/Station Captain at the Race Road facility.  He served in this capacity for 18 years. After 22 years with the DOT, he desired a change.  This led him to the Port of South Whidbey, where he was hired in the Fall of 2015.  Focusing on South Whidbey and the people that make up this great community has been very rewarding.
