DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Budget for the Port District of South Whidbey Island for the fiscal year of 2019 has been prepared and is on file and available in the Port office at 1804 Scott Rd.\, Suite 101\, Freeland\, WA or download it here.  A public hearing will be held by the Port Commission of South Whidbey Island on Tuesday\, November 27\, 2018\, at 6:15 p.m.\, in the meeting room of the Freeland Library at 5495 Harbor Ave\, Freeland\, WA\, where any person may appear in support of or against said budget. \nA Special Meeting will be held immediately following the Budget Hearing on November 27\, 2018\, during which the Port Commission may adopt the final 2019 budget and approve the Ordinance/Resolution to increase the levy by 1%.
