DESCRIPTION:The Finish Line for the Ragnar NW Passage road relay running event will occur at the Fairgrounds. Free to spectate. To participate in the event\, you must preregister with Ragnar Events. Only pedestrian traffic is allowed on the Fairgrounds. Driving onto the grounds will not be allowed this day. Campground will be open Saturday night through Sunday\, July 15th at 10:00 a.m. for camping. (Campground closes at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday\, July 15th for the exclusive use of the annual Whidbey Island Fair.)
