DESCRIPTION:Reiki & Restorative Yoga is a gentle class that includes slower movements and supportive postures to help the body and mind release tension and ease into a more relaxed state of being. Throughout class\, Reiki healing energy will be offered both individually and collectively to support the release of tension and stuck energy\, as well as promote healing and general well being. \n  \nShamanic Journey Meditation is a group guided meditation class with live drumming. We will journey into the spirit realm with a specific intention to receive information\, healing\, support\, or connect with spirit guides. This is a powerful practice for a deeper exploration and connection with the self and the world of spirit.
