DESCRIPTION:The Board of Commissioners of the Port District of South Whidbey Island will be convening a Special Meeting at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday\, November 7\, 2017\, in the Port office conference room located at 1804 Scott Road in Freeland. The primary purpose of the Special Meeting will be for the Commission to address the items in the draft agenda\, and public participation is not on the agenda.  In addition\, the Commissioners will hold a public Work Session.  Work Sessions are public meetings that provide an opportunity in an informal workshop format for the Board to review and discuss general Port business.  No actions will be taken during the Work Session.
