Throughout class, Reiki healing energy will be offered both individually and collectively to support the release of tension and stuck energy, as well as promote healing and general well being. Shamanic Journey Meditation is a group guided meditation class with live drumming. We will journey into the spirit realm with a specific intention to receive information, healing, support, or connect with spirit guides.
