The Board of Commissioners of the Port District of South Whidbey Island will be convening a Joint Special Meeting with the City of Langley Council at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022.   The primary purpose of the Joint Special Meeting will be for the Port Commission and City Council to discuss the items on the attached draft agenda, and public comment is not on the agenda.
