Comprehensive Scheme Amendment
A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, for consideration of proposed amendments to the “Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements, 2013-2019” for the Port. Specifically, amendment of the Comprehensive Scheme will be under consideration to address inclusion of the Mukilteo parking lot capital project. Please find the proposed Amendment here.
An Amendment to the Comp Scheme for inclusion of the Mukilteo parking lot capital project may be adopted by the Port Commission at the close of the Public Hearing. The current Comprehensive Scheme is on file at the Port Office (1804 Scott Road Suite 101, Freeland WA) and can be found here. The Comp Scheme Amendment Hearing will be held by the Port’s Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, July 10, at 6:15 p.m. in Grigware Hall of Trinity Lutheran Church at 18341 WA-525, Freeland, WA, where any person may appear in support of or against said Comprehensive Scheme Amendment.
BlackBox Theater Additional Exit Construction Project
Contractors are invited to submit bids for the Black Box Theater at Langley, Washington. Major items of work include adding a new exit door and stairway providing egress from inside the theater. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on “Posted Projects”, “Public Works”, and “Port of South Whidbey”.
