The Board of Commissioners of the Port District of South Whidbey Island will be convening a Special Joint Meeting with the Langley City Council and the Langley Planning Advisory Board on Friday, February 23, 2024.

A quorum of the Port District of South Whidbey Island’s Board of Commissioners will participate in a walkthrough with representatives from the Langley City Council and the Langley Planning Advisory Board from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. No action will be taken by the Port Commissioners during this walkthrough.
