The Board of Commissioners of the Port District of South Whidbey Island will be convening a Joint Special Meeting with the City of Langley Council at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the Langley City Hall Council Chambers located at 112 Second St. in Langley WA.  The primary purpose of the Special Meeting will be for the Port Commission and City Council to discuss the items in the Draft Agenda, and public participation is not on the agenda.
