The Board of Commissioners of the Port District of South Whidbey Island will be convening a Special Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11th in the Banquet Room of the China City Restaurant at 1804 Scott Rd in Freeland. The primary purpose of the Special Meeting will be for the Commission to address the two items on the attached draft agenda, and public participation is not on the agenda.

Although this Meeting is open to the public, due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) attendance at such gatherings is discouraged per Island County’s Press Release dated March 4th.
It should be noted that the next regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Freeland Library at 5495 Harbor Avenue, Freeland WA, and that Meeting will include public participation on the Agenda.
