CAMPSITE FEES: Credit/Debit only. No cash or checks accepted. No exceptions.
$45 Premium RV Campsite with power and/or water hook-ups (dump fee not included – Must reserve and pay online)
$35 RV Campsite with power or water hook-ups (dump fee not included – Must reserve and pay online)
$25 Tent Camping without power or water hookups (First come-first serve, pay online)
$5 Sewage/Gray Water Dump Fee – Pay at Dump Station or Online
$2 Horse Haul-in – Pay at Dump Station or Online
All campers must be registered via our online portal. For reservations visit www.portofsouthwhidbey.com or use the QR code below or at the Fairgrounds visitor kiosk.
Failure to complete registration online properly or providing inaccurate information is a violation of the Rules and Regulations, and camping services may be denied. The Port is not responsible for any errors resulting from incomplete registration. The Port reserves the right to refuse service if these Rules and Regulations are not followed.
CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS
- Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. After hours check in should be requested in advance.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Vacate by 11:00 a.m. to avoid another nightly charge.
- Occupy only the camp space you have paid for.
- Camping is only allowed in the designated campsite spaces within the Campground.
- Maximum Stay: 14 days within 30 days
- Firearms and Fireworks are prohibited including airsoft, paintball, and other replicas.
- Fires must be propane, contained in metal at least 12” above the ground, and water on hand for extinguishing. Owner of fire container must be present while in use. All seasonal burn bans must be adhered to, and we reserve the right to prohibit any open flames during the dry season.
- Call 9-1-1 for emergencies and alert/inform the Campground Host after calling 9-1-1.
- Person registering for camping must be 18+ and be present during each night you are registered. Children 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- All vehicles, RVs and trailers (motorized or not) must be currently registered, licensed, insured, fully operational, in good working order, and movable at any time.
- Do not wash your vehicle, trailer or RV in the Campground or Fairgrounds.
CAMPGROUND CONDUCT
- Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., seven (7) days a week. no generators/loud activity during quiet hours. Be considerate of your neighbors, area visitors, and other users – No UAVs (drones) – No firearms – No fireworks – No ATVs/dirt bikes/minibikes, or any other unmuffled small engines. Prolonged noises above 70 dB are prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only at your campsite space. The law forbids open containers of alcohol in public spaces. No walking around consuming alcohol.
- Behavior which disturbs or creates a nuisance for others in the Campground or in the vicinity of Fairgrounds property is prohibited. Call 9-1-1 if issues persist.
- No smoking allowed on Fairgrounds and Campground property. Smoking is permitted in your vehicle, trailer or tent only.
- You must maintain a clean and orderly campsite – no clutter, garbage and personal belongings scattered about. Clothes lines are prohibited.
Maximum Occupancy & Party Size per Campsite Space
- Two vehicles and one RV/Trailer per space
- Two vehicles and two small to medium-sized tents per space
- Two vehicles and one large to extra large-sized tent per space
- Maximum of six (6) people per campsite space per overnight stay
Restroom/Shower Facilities
- Restrooms/showers are available for all paying campers. After registering & paying, access codes will be sent to you prior to your stay. Showers and restrooms are ADA accessible.
Garbage Disposal
- Garbage cans are available for campers during their overnight stay. No dumping of large quantities of trash; penalty will result in a $150 fine and/or eviction from Fairgrounds and Campground property. No exceptions.
Sewage/Gray Water Dump Disposal
- The sewage/gray water Dump Station is on the southwest side of the Campgrounds. Gray water/sewage dumping anywhere else is prohibited, from a holding tank, containers, or hose.
- Persons urinating/defecating outside anywhere on Fairgrounds and Campground property is against the law. Violation of any of these laws will result in immediate eviction from the property, possible fines and Trespassing Admonishment from Langley Police may occur.
Pet Control
- Pets must be on a leash at all times; leash should not be longer than eight feet and owner must be in control of the pet at all times. Pet fencing within your campsite is allowed to control your pet. Pet owners are responsible to clean up pet waste and dispose of properly in garbage cans.
- Pets shall not be left unattended outside at any time. Do not tie pet outside of your RV when you are not present. No ground tie-downs permitted.
- If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground with no refunds. No excessive barking allowed.
- Campers with horses must use stall mats to prevent digging and clean up all manure and hay.
Unattended Property
- Vehicles, Trailers, RVs, or any other personal property that appears unattended will be considered abandoned and towed/impounded at the owner’s expense.

Failure to comply with these Camping Rules & Regulations and/or Campground Conduct is cause for immediate termination of camping services and removal from Fairgrounds and Campground property with NO refunds and possible fines. Trespassing Admonishment by Langley Police may also occur.
Port of South Whidbey and its staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items while on Fairgrounds and Campground property.
