Request for Qualifications for On-Call Engineering Services Pool

The Port of South Whidbey (“Port”), Freeland, Washington is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering consulting firms (“Consultant”) to provide a variety of municipal services, in order to be considered for the Port’s On-Call Engineering Services Pool. The Port anticipates a variety of public work projects at its existing facilities over the next three years. The Request For Qualifications can be found HERE:

South Whidbey Harbor Long Term Moorage Rate Increase

Please note that long term moorage rates will increase starting January 1, 2025 at the South Whidbey Harbor. The last time the Port raised long term moorage rates was in 2014. The updated South Whidbey Harbor Fee Schedule can be found HERE.

The boarding floats at Possession Beach Waterfront Park and Bush Point have been installed for the season.

Bush Point Boat Launch

Please note that the Bush Point Boat Launch is experiencing more than normal sediment. Please take caution when launching vessels and we ask that ramp users be prepared for less than ideal launching conditions, to include a large buildup of sand.
