The Port of South Whidbey is placing a proposition before the voters on the November 3, 2026, ballot authorizing the district to increase the regular real property tax levy rate by six cents per thousand dollars of assessed value. The Port District is accepting names of people interested in participating in voter pamphlet statement pro and con committees.
